have been with Marines P.T. now for about 5 months, and I can honestly say that within 2 1/2 months I found a drop in my waistline!
I went down 1 1/2 SIZES only doing Marines P.T. Workouts 3 days a week.
I try to stay active with Triathlons,
this is a supplement to those workouts for off season training. I have managed to strengthen my core, gain confidence through
my progress, and tone up in a shorter amount of time with this program! It is a challenge, but one that challenges yourself
to break barriers that you might have.
I love this program and I see the awesome results that I have not
been able to get on my own with private coaches and personal trainers, very motivational to see the results. If you stay dedicated-
